ZOO Digital Group are currently looking to recruit a Senior Dubbing Manager to join our growing company.

Working as part of a global team, the Senior Dubbing Manager will manage the Dubbing process on multiple projects ensuring they are delivered to the highest quality, on time and to budget. This is a fast paced process that involves a lot of creative problem solving, strong communication and leadership skills.

You’ll be managing a small but growing team that will include dubbing manager, dubbing coordinator and media processing.

Managing dubbing operations including ensuring external partners have all the working materials needed as well as monitor that all dubbing assets are delivered while taking into account cross-functional timelines and launch dates.

In this role you will:

• Demonstrate strong People Management skills by being able to effectively manage, coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.
• Oversee multiple large-scale dubbing projects across a wide range of vendors partners and languages.
• Establish dubbing schedules and manage deliveries to ensure successful global launches
• Effectively communicate dubbing and project updates cross-functionally
• Make sound independent decisions, and know when to escalate issues Identify and manage project risk through prioritization, troubleshooting, and any other means necessary
• Develop business and cultural awareness of territory nuances as it relates to dubbing operations, costs, talent and workflows
• Support or lead innovation initiatives that develop dubbing operational and cost efficiencies
• Ensuring direct reports are meeting deadlines and helping them organize and prioritize their work and their designated responsibilities.
• Enable and contribute to a culture that creates an environment where the team can do their best work.
• Oversee the post production work which will include managing Media asset orders including services of Mastering, packaging to multiple end clients, video and audio QC.

The ideal candidate is organized and thrives managing a multitude of projects while safeguarding that all requirements are met cross-functionally.

The successful applicant will have prior dubbing experience and a passion for keeping abreast of current developments in the dubbing industry. An Ability to provide innovative thinking around scalable solutions and operational workflows, constantly questioning existing systems and looking for a better way

You will have proven extensive experience in the below;

• Managing a team in a similar environment.
• Leadership and people management
• Ability to work independently - requiring minimal supervision; display understanding of how job relates to others and use your resources effectively.
• Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
• Project Management –Strong co-ordination skills - able to complete projects on time and to budget.
• Experience in broadcasting, localization, or video film production
• Experience with or interest in film/entertainment is desirable
• Knowledge of scripting or translation/adaptation and basic knowledge of audio recording
• Prior experience in managing dubbing workflows in the entertainment industry
• Highly analytical and able to get to the root cause of a problem
