We are currently looking for a Temporary Project Manager for our Media Processing department. Whilst this is an initially a 3 month contract there is a possibility for this to be extended/become permanent.
This position is responsible for end-to-end management of any new or catalogue titles that they are assigned. This includes the distribution of assets to all departments in the supply chain as well as the end clients.
The Media Processing Project Manager is the main point of contact for a set number of accounts/clients, managing, maintaining and updating SOP’s and workflows specific to these clients.
The Project Manager serves as a liaison between ZOO and its clients and facilitates the workflow with internal and external resources from project start to completion.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: effective and professional client communication; providing as much project visibility to the client as required, administrative duties, verifying timelines of project deliveries, keeping up with and being accountable for AV deadlines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The successful applicant will have prior experience working with audio-visual and localisation projects, with a firm understanding of post-production workflows in general.
You will have proven experience in the below:
Education and/or Experience
Batchelors Degree or similar qualification in a relevant subject or 2+ years relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
