Ad Operations Executive
In this role, you'll be responsible for the delivery and forecasting of all our Wireless Campaigns.

Since Chris Evans returned to his spiritual home at Virgin Radio UK over a year ago, the whole schedule has seen record audiences, and we’ve launched three new Virgin channels: Anthems, Chilled and Groove. talkSPORT is the world’s biggest sports radio station, partnering with the Premier League, the England Cricket Board and many others to deliver live commentaries and analysis from the best in the business. 

Times Radio has just launched in June 2020 bringing together the peerless journalistic expertise of The Times and The Sunday Times with the world-class speech radio and podcasting experience of Wireless. From FM104 in Dublin, to Cork’s 96FM, our Irish local radio brands are distinguished by their connections with their communities. 


Your team: Programmatic and Direct IO advertising plays a major part in realising success across digital audio. The Ad Operations team is at the heart of this. As the ad technology experts, we use both our knowledge of systems and the enormous amounts of data generated to deliver world class solutions with the goal of maximising revenue potential across audio IPs. 


Your role: You will be responsible for the delivery and forecasting of all our Wireless Campaigns.

Day to day you will:

  • Own the forecasting process & responding to all forecast requests in time with our SLAs 
  • Traffic programmatic and direct campaigns into Adswizz in time with our SLAs 
  • Test and upload all creative for direct campaigns into Audioserve in time with our SLAs
  • Building new audience segments within Nielsen so they can be purchased 
  • Working with internal teams and agencies to troubleshoot campaigns and tags
  • Support the sales teams with chasing creative and any technical specifications. 


What we’re looking for from you: 

  • You are experienced in campaign trafficking and management, and have worked either within a media industry or a digital media agency.
  • Keen eye for detail, can work well under pressure and you have strong organisational skills. 
  • Knowledge of Doubleclick and the Adswizz tech stack is an advantage.
  • You like to take initiative and manage drive projects with minimal supervision. 
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are driven, creative energetic and passionate.
  • You are an effective verbal and written communicator with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally with key strategic partners.
