Digital Music Content Coordinator
We are looking for an individual to support the Music team in the day to day running of domestic and international activities.

Owning digital IP with views in the billions, we know where kids are and what they like. This gives us the power to create content that is relevant to kids and available in the way that they want it.

The Role:

Supporting the Music team who are focused on executing releases for Global kids and Family brands on music streaming platforms, you will be working on Music label activities, Music Publishing and Label services. 

Your main responsibility will be managing music assets and metadata. You will be assisting the Music team in the day-to-day running of domestic and international activity as well as general label and publishing administration.  You will also support our Music Team with marketing, distribution and production.

The role requires you to be digitally confident, organised, detail orientated and able to adapt to new challenges quickly. This is an exciting opportunity for a forward thinking individual to join a dynamic independent 360 music company. 

You will undertake operational and administrative tasks that support our workflows, campaigns and client relationships. This opportunity would suit a recent graduate and music lover looking to build their music industry experience.

Main responsibilities:

  • Assist across all label and label services projects

  • Completing Music Metadata and managing digital music assets

  • Working across Digital Music Services with playlists and managing artist profiles

  • Compile reports, documents and presentations

  • Research & analysis of sales data.


About You

Qualifications Required:

  • Music related degree

  • Digital asset management experience

  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong written and oral communication with internal stakeholders and key clients

  • Ability to manage delivery timelines

  • Proficiency using Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator

  • Ability to work under pressure managing multiple tasks, and an interest in taking on real responsibility within a rapidly growing and dynamic start-up.
