Administrator (UK Global Screen Fund)

We are looking for an administrator to support the Head of UK Global Screen Fund, Project Manager and the wider team. 

In addition, they will take first-line responsibility for the financial processes for the Fund. 

The role provides core support within a busy department, dealing with time-sensitive projects and complex processes as well as providing first-level support and advice to a wide range of screen businesses, stakeholders and potential applicants. 


Key responsibilities include: 

  • Works on the grants management system, Blackbaud Grantmaking, processes applications and assists the UKGSF Project Managers, Coordinators and Fund Managers
  • Takes primary responsibility for financial processing for UKGSF, ensuring payments across funds and general activity are tracked, coded and monitored effectively, providing support to senior colleagues as required
  • Provides diary support to the Head of UK Global Screen Fund and administrative support to the team, including organising travel and accommodation bookings. 

 

We are looking for candidates who have: 

  • Proven administrative skills and experience of team working effectively in a high-pressure environment
  • Proven experience of or aptitude and understanding of using database systems, such as Blackbaud Grantmaking, and/or financial tracking
  • Demonstrable experience of diary management and inbox support, including drafting and responding to email
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the proven ability to meet deadlines and targets whilst working in a busy environment.
