LFF Expanded Senior Production Coordinator (Industry)

Working closely with the LFF Expanded Project Manager, the LFF Expanded Senior Production Coordinator (Industry) will lead on the delivery of the festival’s Broader Screen Industry programme  

  • Salary: £35,640 per annum 
  • Fixed Term Contract: 29 June 2026 – 30 October 2026 


The role will also support the LFF Expanded Project Manager, XR & Immersive Programme Lead and LFF Expanded Senior Technical Production Coordinator on the planning and delivery of the festival’s public programme XR, Immersive Art and Videogames installations overseeing the technical aspects of production. 
 
The role will be onsite coordinating elements of the live event period including staff scheduling and briefing, working alongside the festival’s production partners on the technical management of the Industry Day. 

 

What you’ll do 

 

Working closely with the XR & Immersive Programme Lead and Industry Programmes Manager, the LFF Expanded Senior Production Coordinator (Industry) will lead on the delivery of the Broader Screen Industry activity, including (but not limited to):  

 

  • Collaborate with our partner venue, LFF Industry and LFF Events and Production teams to ensure the successful presentation and delivery of all components of the Broader Screen Industry activity including a Works-In-Progress Showcase, talks programme, project showcasing and networking activity
  • Ensure all production requirements are fully briefed into the venue, events and hospitality teams to oversee the smooth running of the day
  • Oversee technical testing and sign-off of digital and physical access points, ensuring solutions are technically sound and any issues are resolved promptly by the technical production support team. 

 

What you’ll bring 

 

  • Demonstrable experience working in a cultural organisation or festival in a events or production role, including working with XR and immersive technologies
  • Demonstrable experience of XR technologies, file formats and devices, including translating their technical and artistic requirements into the finished piece
  • A passion for and working knowledge of, storytelling through immersive technology.
