AP invites experienced candidates to apply for the position of Creative Copywriter, based at its office in London.


You will be responsible for delivering creative content across AP’s various communications channels to inform and engage target audiences.

About the Role

The Creative Copywriter is responsible for delivering creative content across AP’s various communications channels to inform and engage target audiences.  Working with the global marketing team, the Creative Copywriter will conduct thorough research and interviews in order to deliver clear and concise copy for ads, blog posts, landing pages, emails and offline material.


Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience and PR teams to develop a variety of content marketing materials
  • Develop and refine voice and tone guidelines to inform all brand communications
  • Write high-engagement social media content that reflects our brand’s voice
  • Proactively respond to immediate opportunities and breaking news events, with messaging tailored to channel and target audience
  • Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to business leaders
  • Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts
  • Work with the business (products, technical, sales, etc.) to ensure cross-functional alignment/awareness
  • Develop and deliver mandatory/regulatory communication to support business change, including: migration, delivery changes/updates, etc.
  • Edit and proofread copy as needed
  • Source images and other content.


About You

Essential Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proven experience as a copywriter or in a related role
  • Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
  • Highly creative and imaginative skills with a creative flair for copy
  • Knowledge of social media engagement
  • Experience with SEO
  • Excellent time-management and organisational skills
  • Previous experience of email marketing and drip campaigns.
