South East Asia base , extensive travel.

The Role

 

As Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead and inspire their global  sales teams across the company in their associated business, ensuring they are all working together towards achieving corporate and divisional targets – and achieving new heights in revenue growth.

 

You will also have ultimate responsibility for all budgeting & planning, and sales reporting & forecasting. additionally, you will:

 

  • Organise financial modeling and statistical studies for the sales department
  • Oversee Global Brands, Commercial  and Customer Development Strategy
  • Deliver Performance Strategy, Documentation and Workflow.

 

 The Candidate

 

This role calls for a talented executive with substantial experience of managing a sales function within a diverse international organisation with an ‘obsession’ for customer satisfaction.

 

You must have a proven track-record of success in delivering high-profile sales strategies, team management and sales successes.

 

Great attention to detail and numeracy are also required in terms of sales forecasting, financial modeling, and the development of incentive schemes – all intended to produce continued growth.

 

Naturally, the ability and willingness to relocate and travel extensively from the new location are essential.
