Head of Broadcast Operations - S4965

An experienced Head of Broadcast Operations is required at an successful advertising and creative production studio, to oversee the day to day operations of the Broadcast & Content Department.

Our client is a highly successful advertising and creative production agency.


In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Content & Broadcast production, driving and managing change and development.


Key Responsibilities –

         Liaise with engineers on immediate issues and discuss long-term goal and development planning

         Involved when new projects and ways of working are brought into the client

         Grow In-House Content Department plus interactions with international hubs

         7 Direct reports: Media Transfer/MGFX/Versioning Edit/Creative Edit/Audio/Bookings/Subtitle

         27 indirect reports



This role requires an excellent understanding of Broadcast software and Technology, strategic planning capabilities, people resource management and development skills.


You will have a proven track-record of strong leadership experience and management skills.
