Business Development Manager – L4915
An experienced Business Development Manager is required at an award-winning post-production company, specialising in short-form content.


Our client is an award-winning, boutique post-production facility.


In this role, you will be developing and retaining current business in order to achieve sales growth.


Key Responsibilities -  

  • Identify business prospects, generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Retention and development of existing client relationships
  • Responsible for generating revenue and achieving targets, delivering sales plans
  • Planning personal sales activities to achieve sufficient
  • Develop and maintain market and competitor knowledge
  • Build and manage effective relationships with key clients.



You will have a strong understanding of post-production technologies and workflows, along with a thorough appreciation of the creative process.


With a proven ability to build excellent relationships at all levels, ideally you will possess established relationships with clients in the broadcast television, corporate and advertising production industry.


You will have experience in understanding a client’s objectives and deliver solutions to achieve those objectives, along with excellent negotiation skills.
