This is a chance to join an award-winning independent agency as a key Producer.

In this important, multi-faceted role, you will handle and develop client accounts and oversee management of all productions.

You must be able to demonstrate a passion for creating film and digital content !



Our client is a friendly, fast-growing communications agency with a background in video production. They help companies to create content to make change for the better, supporting them to plan and communicate their Responsible Business strategy and actions.


Key Responsibilities -  

  • Create budgets & schedules from pitch phase through to final deliverables
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients throughout production projects, constantly engaging with the content and delivery
  • Manage production teams for individual projects
  • Engage and manage third party production suppliers & partners, ensuring budgets, schedules, talent & licensing requirements are met
  • Communicate effectively and on time with clients, suppliers, team members and the executive team
  • Managing teams on set/location, and where necessary direct simple interview led shoots
  • Ensure all content complies with all necessary legal requirements and obtain necessary licenses
  • Ensure smooth asset delivery to client as well as washing up and reconciling projects and sharing learning across departments.




With previous experience in a similar role within an agency or production company, you will have a demonstrable track record of success in effective and creative production. 

Whilst previous experience working with corporate clients would be useful, we’d also be keen to talk to you if you have a background in long form factual production.


You will have the knowledge of a range of programme production, post production, and distribution processes, and  the ability to manage other employees and agreed budgets.


You will be adept at Word, Excel, and Outlook, for easy budgeting and preparation of documents such as scripts and call sheets.

Lastly, you will be passionate about film and digital content, keen to project manage and get involved in how film fits into wider campaigns and strategy, and excited to work for a company that focusses on helping its clients become more purposeful.
