Head of New Business - Post Production [C5857]

Our client is looking for a unique individual who combines proven sales experience with management flair and ambition. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take on a company management position in the next couple of years.


Our client is a highly successful central London Post Production company which has worked on some of the biggest shows of all time. 


Your brief will be to expand the company’s portfolio into new production sectors to achieve their ambitious target growth. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Research and identify new production clients in both broadcast, streaming and corporate markets 
  • Design and implement targeted sales campaigns to attract clients & leverage our unique selling points to differentiate from competitors
  • Work in conjunction with current sales operations including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and finance, to ensure seamless operations and delivery of high-quality products and services to clients
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new products and services to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.


You will have a track record in developing sales contacts and have an established network of production companies in the broadcast / streaming, or corporate sectors. 

An understanding of the post production process is essential; however, you don’t necessarily have to have come from a post-production background. You could be a successful marketeer, a producer or even a commissioner, or perhaps you’re currently working in a production company or broadcaster. The most important thing is that you have a strong black book of production contacts, a strong commercial mindset, and are passionate about building new client relationships and securing new business.

You will be able to easily integrate yourself into an established team, have a good sense of humour, a can-do attitude and be empathetic and enthusiastic. Whilst a team player, you will equally have a strong sense of initiative and leadership. 

Crucially, you will understand how businesses operate, tactically and strategically, and be able to assume a company management role in the medium term.
