THE ROLE
As ADR Mixer, you will be responsible for leading recording sessions with voice talent to deliver exceptional audio for a broad range of content.
Key responsibilities:
- Build exceptional relationships with all clients to ensure you become their first-choice provider of ADR
- Ensure all workflow and operational procedures are followed on all projects and outputs (eg naming conventions and metadata requirements)
- Be responsible for running all hardware, software and plugins within the audio suites and reporting any faulty equipment or operational challenges
- Work in tandem with Producers and other operational staff to deliver top of class service.
THE PERSON
As a passionate ADR Mixer, you will be able to get under the skin of an idea and bring it to life, confident creating audio deliverables for content in a variety of languages, styles and genres.
You must have a proven capability in the areas of mixing and sound design, track laying and dialogue editing, coupled with experience of managing VO & ADR sessions with key talent.
It is essential that you have an advanced knowledge of ProTools, associated audio software and plugins and their capabilities.
