Features Product Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager to own and deliver high impact features that improve the customer experience across web, mobile and CTVs. 

  • Salary: £53,958 - £63,498 per annum 
  • Fixed Term Contract: until 31 December 2026 


We’re looking for candidate who will be able to combine a strong understanding of back-end systems with UX/UI principles to create user-centric solutions. You’ll need to be comfortable working with data to make informed decisions and have a solid grasp of the streaming market to anticipate trends and customer needs. 


Additionally, you will collaborate closely with a lead developer, UX designer and delivery manager to develop scalable, well-integrated products that fit seamlessly within the BFI ecosystem.  


Key responsibilities include: 

  • Make BFI Player the best place to stream indie films in the UK 
  • Own the vision for your product stream, ensuring the short-term and long-term roadmap is well defined and socialised through OKRs 
  • Proactively collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation, particularly Marketing and Business Development, to ensure the product supports their growth initiatives and consistently apply accessibility and SEO best practices 
  • Own the product backlog, write detailed user stories as well as lead Agile ceremonies with delivery manager, development team, QA analysts and UX designers.


We are looking for candidates who have: 

  • Demonstrable experience as a Product Manager for a B2C product, ideally in the media sector 
  • Strong background in building and launching front-end web products 
  • Demonstrated success in growing customer bases and improving user engagement 
  • Proven experience collaborating with CRO agencies and external partners to optimise user experience and drive key performance metrics 
  • A proven track record of promoting and supporting diversity and inclusion
