Head of Business Development - Notorious DIT

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business growth and expand existing client relationships across the UK and international markets
• Lead sales strategy, pipeline development, and high-value commercial negotiations
• Build and maintain senior relationships with producers, studios, broadcasters, and streaming platforms
• Collaborate with the Molinare Creative Group leadership team on strategic growth and cross-selling opportunities
• Identify new markets, territories, and partnerships to support international expansion
• Represent Notorious DIT at industry events and act as a senior brand ambassador
• Align closely with internal teams to ensure delivery excellence and continuous service improvement.

About You

• Proven track record in senior business development or sales leadership within film, TV, or post-production industries
• Strong understanding of DIT, dailies, and production workflows, with the ability to translate technical services into commercial opportunities
• Strong network across production, studios, and streaming platforms
• Strong commercial acumen with success in closing high-value deals
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and unlock new market opportunities
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Passion for innovation in production workflows and technology.
