As part of our Technology team, you'll play a critical role in maintaining, enhancing and securing the systems that support our clients, artists and production teams. You'll be responsible for delivering both preventative and reactive support, ensuring our technology remains reliable, efficient and fit for the demands of a constantly evolving industry.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Providing day-to-day support, maintenance and troubleshooting across post-production and IT systems
  • Installing, configuring and maintaining technology infrastructure throughout the business
  • Managing support requests through the helpdesk system, ensuring tickets are resolved within agreed service levels
  • Supporting system upgrades, technical installations and infrastructure projects
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance workflows, improve operational efficiency and introduce new technologies
  • Contributing to the security and resilience of our systems, helping to safeguard client content and intellectual property
  • Collaborating closely with production and business teams to ensure technology solutions meet operational requirements
  • Providing regular updates and technical recommendations to the Head of Post Production Technology.

About You

You'll be a hands-on engineer with a naturally curious mindset, excellent troubleshooting skills and a passion for delivering outstanding technical support. You'll be comfortable working independently, prioritising competing demands and remaining calm under pressure.

Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Experience supporting technology within a post production, broadcast, media or other creative environment
  • Strong understanding of video and audio post-production workflows
  • Solid Linux/Unix systems administration experience, including confident use of the command line and Bash
  • Working knowledge of Windows and macOS administration
  • Experience writing and maintaining shell/Bash scripts to automate tasks and improve workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to fault finding
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.

Desirable Skills & Experience:
  • Experience supporting Autodesk Flame and/or FilmLight Baselight environments
  • Familiarity with Avid Media Composer, Avid NEXIS, Pro Tools and related post-production technologies
  • Understanding of enterprise storage systems and data management
  • Knowledge of film, television or high-end post-production workflows.
