Production Coordinator (FTC – 1 year)
Input Media require a Production Coordinator to join the existing production management team at Chelsea TV.

The Role:

Working cross-functionally across several aspects of the daily production demands, the post holder will be equally comfortable assisting with logistics for commercial shoots as they are helping with preparations for live Outside Broadcasts. 

The role will have a large focus on managing daily shoot/edit logistics for projects across the business and candidates will need to demonstrate they are commercially savvy with an ability to oversee internal and external production requests and deliver these on time and to budget.


The role demands a good level of TV, online and digital production understanding as well as knowledge of the kit and freelancers available to best assist with both the hiring of equipment and staffing for a wide variety of different production demands. 

Reporting into both Chelsea TV’s Senior Production Manager and Input Media’s Lead Producer, the role will also include a number of day-to-day administrative tasks such as: 

  • preparing call sheets, 
  • organising filming permissions, 
  • arranging travel and accommodation for talent and crew, 
  • requesting match accreditation,
  • overseeing petty cash/purchase orders.


Required Skills and Experience:

Candidates will need to have a minimum of three years’ experience as a production coordinator, with previous work in live sport being highly desirable. 

Impeccable attention to detail will be crucial as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to manager a variety of different requests, both external and also internal through the Marketing, Commercial Partnerships and Chelsea Foundation departments.


Strong organisation skills and the ability to self-motivate are essential, as is being able to carry out daily tasks with minimal need for direction.


You must be able to work proactively and effectively as part of a wider team as well as having a strong work ethic and willingness to work the unsociable hours that often accompany working at a sports club.
