Role overview:

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities within post production. 

The remuneration package will include a moderate salary plus an uncapped commission structure which will generously reward success in the role. 


By using a consultative & networking approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to new business with new customers. Setting up working alliances with other post houses, freelancers and other industry organisations.


This role is based at our studios in London, UK.

  • Successfully identify and create new business from new customers specifically within series
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Manage client & stakeholder relationships
  • Manage complex negotiations with decision-makers
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Relationships with production companies, broadcasters, and freelance decision-makers
  • Experience in audio post-production
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong team ethic with the ability to pivot skills.


You will be financially targeted and financially rewarded with a healthy commission structure for new series introduced to the facility in addition to your salary and benefits.

All of our staff are paid for 5 days and only work 4 days to ensure they have a 3 day weekend.  We do not work longer hours on the 4 days we work and we are part of the 4 day work week movement.
