A senior leadership opportunity based in LA where you will lead and build our client’s US operations from the ground up establishing the company as the go-to digital media buying partner for studios, streamers, and media agencies.

THE COMPANY

 

Our client delivers innovative data-driven digital marketing for the global entertainment industry. It has run more than 20,000 campaigns across YouTube, Meta, and TikTok for 65+ clients — including virtually all major studios and streamers.

 

THE ROLE

 

As Managing Director, you will lead and build our client’s US operations from the ground up establishing the company as the go-to digital media buying partner for studios, streamers, and media agencies across the United States.

 

You’ll take full responsibility for business development, revenue growth, team building, and client relationships, while shaping the strategy and structure of the US entity.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Build and lead the US business across sales, operations, and client success
  • Position the business as the leading digital media buying partner for studios, streamers, and agencies in the US
  • Personally drive high-impact commercial opportunities and build lasting senior client relationships
  • Adapt and scale our global capabilities to the unique needs of the US entertainment market
  • Represent the company at key industry conversations, pitches, and major events.

 

THE PERSON

 

Our client needs someone with serious media buying expertise — not just someone who’s sold media, but someone who knows how to structure campaigns strategically, allocate budgets smartly, and speak fluently about media logic with clients.

 

With significant senior-level experience in the entertainment space — ideally film, streaming, or media agencies working directly with studios, you will have a strong network of contacts and proven experience of personally closed large clients and campaigns.

 

You will have a deep familiarity with how studios, streamers, and agencies work — both commercially and culturally, and a strong understanding of modern media buying strategy across digital channels.

 

Driven by delivering results, you will have the entrepreneurial spirit to grow and lead the US sales operation.
