Hire Coordinator

Located near Heathrow, Hireworks has a fantastic opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic person to work in a busy hire environment, reporting directly to the Hire Manager.

Role overview:

As a representative of the Company, you must have excellent customer focus & strong communication skills and be able to work autonomously to a high standard sometimes under time pressure. 

With some Industry experience and an understanding of broadcast technology the role commands a salary commensurate with experience but does not rule out recent graduates.


Duties include:

  • Liaising with Clients, taking telephone bookings and scheduling projects
  • Logistics
  • Scheduling entries onto a resource allocation bookings system
  • Helping keep the technical team organised and well supported
  • General office support
  • Working closely with the Management and Directors of the Company.
