Promotions Supervisor/Account Manager
An international creative agency specialising in content promotion and media production is looking for Promotions Supervisor/Account Manager to join our creative team.

About the Role:
As a Promotion Supervisor working as part of our London, UK promotions team, you are responsible for managing the team and monitoring the operations of promotions production for a key client account (international television channel).

From attending meetings, generating ideas, managing the flow, maintaining the client relationship and supervising the distribution of materials, deliverables and approvals, you are the main point of contact for all the producers, creative teams as well as the client itself. 

With an in-depth knowledge of the industry and creative management skills, you are a multidisciplinary creative leader managing the facilities and hiring freelancers.

Roles & responsibilities:
  • Attending meetings on behalf of the company, creative director and promotion producers and acting as main point of contact for the artistic team, contractors as well as the client.
  • Managing and maintaining the relationship between different departments at client’s office and gathering key information, analysing and breaking down briefs and requests for the production and promotion team.
  • Managing the flow of materials, collation, scheduling, lists, deadlines and project allocations of all promotions and in-house production for a key client account.
  • Conducting weekly promo shoots and production of campaigns for various shows and programs as well as the channel’s generic spots
  • Completing quality control and submitting feedback and amendment requests to ensure the highest quality, brand-aligned products and services.
  • Actively identifying new talents, freelancers and vendors for projects and productions.
  • Regularly updating and monitoring the company-wide project management system for scheduling and project allocations.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly production and delivery reports and keeping management updated on the workflows, issues and communications.
  • Generate creative, innovative, and effective on-air/off-air promotions adhering to brand requirements and specified templates (time permitting).

About You:
  • Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Fluency (written and oral) in English and Farsi is essential.
  • Experience in TV/film production/promotion/production management is essential.
  • Adobe Premiere Suite and Microsoft Office experience is essential; additional software skills are an asset.
  • Excellent client-facing manner with high levels of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and team management skills.
  • Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Budgeting and finance knowledge is desirable.
  • Experience working on a TV/film set an advantage.
