Vault Manager

We are looking to recruit a highly talented and dynamic Vault Manager to join our operational management team.


You will be responsible for the entire Vault, Logistics and MAM ingest functions of the London business.

About the Vault Team

Our Vault department is responsible for all incoming and outgoing physical assets along with asset management workflows for our client’s digital libraries.


The team ensures all physical assets are accurately logged, tracked and updated in the company’s business system whilst working with internal teams to facilitate the dependent workflows. 


Alongside the management of physical assets, the department also incorporates the MAM ingest function of the business so whether the asset is physical or digital, it is the departments' responsibility to ensure its safekeeping on behalf of our clients.


About the Role

We are looking to recruit a highly talented and dynamic Vault Manager to join our operational management team.


You will be responsible for the entire Vault, Logistics and MAM ingest functions of the London business, leading by example and implementing change when needed to continuously improve your departments' performance.


You will also play an active role in maintaining strong client relations with internal and external parties.


This position involves working under their own initiative as well as supporting your immediate and cross-functional teams in the business.


Person specification

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and be adept at managing multiple stakeholders during fast-paced, high-pressure projects. Underlying these skills will be the intrinsic drive for perfection and attention to detail.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Expert knowledge of traditional library and digital asset management workflows in the digital supply chain industry with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Line management experience with all associated responsibility.
  • Articulate and confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Able to work on multiple projects whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Previous experience using Xytech MediaPulse
  • Can-do approach to all tasks set by clients and the company
  • Team player who is personable, professional and calm.
  • Ability to work hard on their own initiative, while maintaining focus to meet deadlines.
