Senior Account Manager

Due to continued growth and expansion we are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our friendly team. The position is a mix of office based and working remotely


Finepoint Broadcast Ltd has been supplying broadcasters with a wide range of production and OB equipment for over 35 years. This has always been complimented with a unique blend of exceptional service and extensive product knowledge.

Long established and family run, we are known as one of the leading dry hire companies in the country 



  • Working closely with the hire manager on a daily basis and assisting with the continued growth of the department
  • Processing of client equipment hire booking requests
  • Responding to any client problems or queries
  • Working alongside our warehouse and engineering teams to ensure prompt & correct delivery of all kit
  • Building & developing good industry relationships 
  • Meeting deadlines is key, along with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and working well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Various administrative duties including setting up new client accounts and regular invoicing.


Required Skills:

  • Exceptional levels of customer service
  • Excellent phone manner and comfortable dealing with a high volume of e-mails & phone calls every day
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships are essential
  • An important part of this role will be maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with new & existing clients
  • Good knowledge of Broadcast equipment an advantage
  • Previous use of Insphire booking software is an advantage
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and calmly in a busy environment
  • Relevant industry experience desirable. 

Salary dependent on experience.
