Live TV Studio Manager
We are again looking for a talented Live Studio Manager to work on a full time contract based in South Wimbledon.
Role overview:
My client, has state of the art TV Studio facilities that operates 24/7, broadcasting their hugely successful TV Channel along with live news, magazine shows, chat shows, both live and pre-recorded.

The role reports into the Head of Studio Production and is a full time position - 5 days a week (40hr).

The Studio Manager is responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the studios, ensuring Health and Safety guidelines are followed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparing rotas for PAYE staff
  • Booking freelance studio/gallery crew and make up artists
  • Assist in the increasing talent pool/cv filtering
  • Prepare and sending out daily call sheets
  • Supervise day to day running on the studios and crew
  • Oversee the studio's cleaning schedule
  • Address any maintenance issues/greenrooms, dressing rooms etc.
  • Report Kit/Equipment repairs
  • Ensure health and safety is being adhered too
  • Supervise bookings for hospitality including preparing function areas
  • Assist in staff training schedules/bookings
  • Help prepare budgets/spreadsheets for studio related costings.
