Who You Are
We are looking for a strong people manager who has strong problem-solving skills, is highly diligent and can successfully manage a job through the Avid centric post production pipeline.
You love testing and developing new workflows and are able to accurately document them. You can take ownership and responsibility over projects and the services required to deliver them.
You are professional and courteous in your communication as you will be dealing with both internal and external clients. You are analytical with the ability to review situations and formulate pragmatic and sensible solutions to a variety of issues.
Flexibility around hours is needed given the nature of the work and the client’s needs to meet broadcast deadlines.
Required skills/experience:
- Avid Media Composer
- Strong people management experience
- Exceptional team-player.
The role is office-based, with some occasional flexibility.

We have a training pathway for all our operators and regular location work around the world. You will be part of a tight knit team of three edit support managers to look after the fantastic edit support operators and work across our broad range of programmes and workflows.
