THE COMPANY
Our client is a leading digital provider to the media industry; monitoring and analysing the digital presence of movies and TV shows across various streaming platforms to optimise their visibility and performance.
THE ROLE
As Head of Channel Partnerships, you will be responsible for the (commercial) relationships with all of the business's most influential and important partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Define the overall strategy and objectives of partner programs in alignment with company goals
- Identify potential partners and assess their suitability for collaboration based on a variety of criteria
- Take charge in developing program frameworks
- Actively recruit new partners through targeted outreach, networking events and industry conferences
- Develop clear guidelines and expectations for partners regarding performance metrics, reporting requirements, and compliance with contractual agreements
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of partner programs
- Negotiate and finalise partnership agreements, ensuring that terms and conditions are fair, comprehensive, and legally compliant
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for program innovation and differentiation.
THE PERSON
As a skilled partnership manager, you will have experience in launching and building a partner programme within a scale-up of less than $10M APR.
You will need to be able to demonstrate experience in managing up to 20 partners at a time.
It is important that you can manage the sales channel including training, running incentives and driving the channel to deliver year-on-year growth.
Lastly, it would be highly desirable to have a good understanding of CTV, Streaming and the wider media landscape.
