Our client is a technology and market leader in IP-based video solutions.
THE ROLE
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading the adoption of cloud and SaaS solutions in the DACH and Eastern European markets.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategically drive market penetration and expansion of the businesses' cloud and SaaS offerings, focusing on DACH and Eastern Europe’s broadcast and media sectors
- Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies that underscore the unique advantages of the businesses' SaaS solutions
- Maintain and develop strategic partnerships
- Undertake thorough market analysis to uncover new business opportunities
- Act as a consultative partner to clients, advising on integrating optimising solutions for their digital transformation journeys
- Take charge in engaging product demonstrations and discussions
- Work alongside the product and engineering teams to channel market feedback into meaningful product enhancements
- Oversee the sales process from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring and outstanding client experience
- Keep up to date with sport and production companies’ latest trends.
THE PERSON
As an experienced Sales Manager, you will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the SaaS, cloud solutions, or tech industries, with a background in media or broadcasting.
You will need to be able to demonstrate a track record of developing and executing a data-driven sales strategy.
Fluency in English and at least one regional language is mandatory; German proficiency is strongly preferred.
Lastly, you will need to be willing to undertake significant travel across the DACH and Eastern Europe regions.
