Junior Product Manager

This role involves supporting delivery tasks while acting as a bridge between the Community Team and the Delivery Team, ensuring seamless collaboration on membership initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Execute tasks related to the membership product, ensuring timely project completion
• Facilitate communication between the Community Team and Delivery Team to align on membership goals
• Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to identify improvement areas.
• Create documentation for membership-related projects.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3+ years in a junior project or product manager role
• Understanding of audience segmentation and engagement tools
• Knowledge of analytics and data-driven decision making
• Experience working with a content management systems (CMS)
• Familiar with release processes for website and/or native apps
• Experience using JIRA or similar project management tool
• Experience working in a small and dedicated agile team
• Familiarity with digital experience platforms is desired, particularly Piano.io.
