In this role, you’ll be involved in various operational and production tasks, working alongside a talented team of technical operators, engineers, producers, on-air talent, and gallery staff to create engaging live content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain hands-on experience across multiple roles including Floor Managing Studios, Master Control, Gallery, and First Line Support / Broadcast Engineering
• Apply knowledge of video/audio or studio production in a practical setting
• Thrive in a fast-paced live studio environment, solving problems
• Communicating with technical staff, producers, talent, and other teams
• Collaborate with team members to enhance techniques and contribute to maintaining the high quality of the channel’s output.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to a variety of shifts in a high-energy, live environment
• Technically minded with strong problem-solving skills
• Previous experience or education in Broadcast Production, Studio or a related practical field is a plus, but not essential
• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail
• Knowledge of Broadcast and Production equipment, skills, terminology and workflows
• Flexibility to work varied shift times and dates, as required by production needs
• Demonstrated ability to stay calm and problem-solve in time-sensitive situations
• A strong sense of responsibility, ownership, team player ethos and integrity in all tasks.
