Development Coordinator

We have an opportunity for a Development Coordinator to join our busy development department.

You will work across TV and film, supporting the Creative Director and the development department as a whole.

Prior, relevant experience is essential.

The job will cover diary and assistant duties, as well as project work, script reading and general development responsibilities.

Candidates must already have at least two years’ experience working in a development department, agency, or comparable section of the industry.

The Development Coordinator will be expected to have exceptional writing skills, be an excellent communicator, have great taste and an enthusiasm for the kind of TV and movies Complete Fiction are making.

They will have a good understanding of the broader industry landscape and be a highly efficient, proactive team player, prepared to roll their sleeves up on diverse range of tasks. They will also have great attention to detail.

Strong research skills would be considered a huge asset. Must have a high level of IT skills (Word, Excel, iCal, Final Draft) and be able to learn new software. Experience with graphics and an ability to work on visual documents would be a bonus.

They will be joining a small, driven and happy creative team.

Salary bracket £32-£35K p/a dependent on experience.
