Story Editor - Hollyoaks

Reporting into the Story Producer, the Story Editor will help guide story discussions and take responsibility for editing the storyline documents.

Role Summary:

We are looking for candidates with a proven background in drama or journalism. You will need to have excellent writing skills, be bursting with new and original ideas and have the passion and confidence to voice these to the wider team.

Embracing the vision of the Exec Producer is key, as well as adhering to the show’s production guidelines, so being able to adapt and find creative solutions quickly is a crucial part of the job.

We want people who will inspire and encourage their fellow team members and champion their ideas and views.

To be successful in our Story team, you will need to keep abreast of youth culture, maintain an awareness of current cultural issues and most importantly, LOVE telling stories!
