Your team: The Studio teams include creative leads, art directors, project managers, video producers, picture editors, sub-editors and sales delivering the best blend of editorial, branding, social sharing and interactive content. Your role: responsible for supporting and managing internal workflows, processes, and day to day administrative support of the Creative Directors and the creative teams ensuring the smooth running of the creative department allowing the Creative teams to deliver branded content campaigns for our clients on time, on budget and to a high creative standard.
Day to day you will:
Take principle role in the coalition, creation and distribution of all Studio Case Studies
Supporting CLs and PMs with freelance, talent and case study selection, onboarding and invoicing process
Use Smartsheets to produce regular reports tracking conversion rates against key metrics for all RFPs
Arrange and co-ordinate training for CLs, Design/VPs where required
Weekly liaison with CD’s to manage workflow of creative team
Provide additional creative coordination support to wider floor on occasion through undertaking of category analysis, further case study creation and ad hoc special projects.
What we’re looking for from you:
Fully versed in production and creative / editorial workflows and processes
Strong knowledge of Smart Sheets / Excel or other spreadsheets and workflow management systems including Slack, Salesforce and Google Docs
Delivery of campaigns to deadlines and on budget
Effectiveness of Studio processes and performance/workflow management
Strong interest in branded content - consumption, creation and distribution.
