Senior Account Manager

A Senior Account Manager plays a vital role in the successful running of projects by providing strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities. 

What does a Senior Account Manager do at Hogarth?

A Senior Account Manager, you'll be master of project and client management, ensuring deliverables are always met and expectations with key stakeholders are managed. They are an advocate/expert/master representing project delivery in all aspects, from initiation to completion. They provide impeccable professional delivery in their role and build strong relationships, whilst developing their understanding of products and services.


Please note this is a Mat Cover (FTC) 9 Months contract.


Responsibilities:

  • Leads projects from initiation to completion, ensuring high standards
  • Delivers effectively and efficiently, on time and within budget
  • Identifies and proactively escalates issues with suggested solutions
  • Manages project finances and ensures smooth operation
  • Maintains a keen eye for detail and strives for excellence in delivery
  • Builds strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams and clients
  • Acts as the primary client contact for delivery and manages expectations
  • Identifies improvements to workflow and processes
  • Ensures the highest quality is always delivered to clients
  • Promotes an inclusive and empowering environment.


Reporting lines and key stakeholders

This role reports to the Senior Account Director (London). 

You will work closely with Broadcast, Digital, and Print production teams.  

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent time management and prioritization in a fast-paced setting
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Resilient and able to perform well under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and proactive communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Experience managing multi-market retail accounts
  • Background in TV, Social, Digital, or Print production
  • Familiarity with creative adaptation and localization briefs.
