ABOUT THIS ROLE

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the PM in setting up shoots and maintaining production systems
Strong working knowledge of filming requirement
Ability to work to a budget and track costs
Supporting the preparation and distribution of schedules, travel documents and call-sheets
Booking travel and accommodation
Visa research and processing applications
Maintaining logs to track information for post production paperwork.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

Working on fast turnaround shoots
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
PMI experience desirable.
