ABOUT THIS ROLE

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end production process, overseeing detailed schedules, budgets, and production workflows
Support the creative vision of each project while maintaining practical production constraints
Track, manage, and reconcile budgets, working closely with internal finance teams to ensure cost-effective delivery within allocated resources
Coordinate closely with Heads of Department across editorial, technical, and production areas Source, negotiate, and contract crew, suppliers, and production facilities.
Oversee all Health & Safety, legal, compliance, insurance, rights, and safeguarding documentation
Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient execution of studio and location shoots, liaising with technical managers, production teams, and on-screen talent to troubleshoot issues swiftly.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

Proven experience as a Line Producer or Senior Production Manager on live or studio-based broadcast content
Excellent organisational and logistical planning skills, with a strong attention to detail and an ability to remain calm under pressure
Confident managing complex budgets and financial reporting
Experience delivering content for international broadcasters.
