ABOUT THIS ROLE

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end production process, overseeing detailed schedules, budgets, and production workflows 
  • Support the creative vision of each project while maintaining practical production constraints 
  • Track, manage, and reconcile budgets, working closely with internal finance teams to ensure cost-effective delivery within allocated resources 
  • Coordinate closely with Heads of Department across editorial, technical, and production areas Source, negotiate, and contract crew, suppliers, and production facilities. 
  • Oversee all Health & Safety, legal, compliance, insurance, rights, and safeguarding documentation 
  • Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient execution of studio and location shoots, liaising with technical managers, production teams, and on-screen talent to troubleshoot issues swiftly.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
  • Proven experience as a Line Producer or Senior Production Manager on live or studio-based broadcast content 
  • Excellent organisational and logistical planning skills, with a strong attention to detail and an ability to remain calm under pressure 
  • Confident managing complex budgets and financial reporting 
  • Experience delivering content for international broadcasters.
