CRM Executive

We’re looking for a dynamic and data-driven CRM Executive to join our team in the fast-paced world of sport.

You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising CRM fan journey campaigns across multiple platforms to drive ticket sales, merchandise revenue, fan acquisition, and brand awareness.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and deploy personalised, automated customer journeys using Braze across email, push, in-app, and SMS covering different stages of the fan lifecycle
  • Journey Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to map out lifecycle touchpoints and translate them into effective Braze workflows
  • Segmentation & Targeting: Create dynamic segments using behavioural and transactional data to deliver relevant messaging
  • A/B Testing & Optimisation: Run experiments to test subject lines, content, timing, and channels to improve performance
  • Reporting & Insights: Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve KPIs such as open rates, CTR, conversion, and retention
  • Data Integration: Work with data and tech teams to ensure Braze is properly integrated with internal systems and data flows
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all CRM activity complies with GDPR and other relevant data privacy regulations.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a B2C environment
  • Proven experience building and managing campaigns in Braze (Canvas, Liquid, segmentation, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle stages and CRM best practices
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Looker, Tableau, or Braze Reports
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email is a plus.
 
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with other martech tools (e.g., Segment)
  • Knowledge of retention and loyalty strategies.
