WING, a creative production arm of Little Dot Studios, is on the lookout for a super-organised and ambitious Production Coordinator to provide administrative support to our busy team of Creatives and Producers and help deliver high-end films and commercials to the world’s largest brands - Is this your next opportunity?


Please note: This opportunity may require work during unsociable hours/weekends, as well as travel to shoots both within the UK and internationally.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME 

  • Assisting Producers in the setting up of camera shoots, booking freelancers, equipment, locations, travel and accommodation, sourcing props and arranging visas, carnets and catering
  • Providing support to the Head of Production with all production paperwork, including freelancer contracts, right to work checks, release forms and call sheets
  • Assisting Creatives with image research for creative decks
  • Accompanying the team on shoots, coordinating crew on-site, helping to manage the shoot schedule and making sure clients’ and crews’ needs are met
  • Collating and reconciling shoot expenses.


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 
Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything. 

  • Previous experience of working in a busy production office and managing production paperwork
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritise jobs
  • Bags of initiative, with a calm, can-do attitude and ambition to go the extra mile in supporting the team
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
