Senior Producer, Immersive Entertainment [C5225]

As Senior Producer, you’ll work across all areas of producing, from early stage concept and script development through to opening, overseeing budgeting, scheduling and creative production.

THE ROLE

 

As Senior Producer, you will drive the projects day to day and have a 360-degree role across all areas of producing, from early stage concept and script development through to opening, overseeing budgeting, scheduling and creative production.


Responsibilities: 

  • Run day‑to‑day creative production, overseeing show development, budgeting & forecasting, rights clearances & IP licensing, production scheduling and contracting freelance staff
  • Ensure the overall production workflow is efficient, delivering projects on time and meeting creative milestones and deliverables
  • Work with Executive Producer on idea generation, slate development, early concept / script work, IP and talent negotiations, and business case/royalty structures
  • Drive creative show development, exploring new technologies and innovative approaches to enhance formats and audience engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IP holders, creative partners, and key stakeholders to support long‑term planning and project success
  • Coordinate with the company’s marketing, press, operations, front‑of‑house, and merchandise teams to align creative production with organisational needs and timelines
  • Manage the in‑house Producer and freelance staff, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery across all production elements
  • Work closely with the Business Affairs Manager to align international licensing and IP contractual obligations, setting projects up for successful international expansion.

 

Some evening and occasional weekend work will be necessary.

 

THE PERSON

 

With significant experience in line producing complex creative projects across TV/film, theatre, digital/tech or immersive environments, you will have worked with high‑level stakeholders, major brands, and top‑tier talent, demonstrating your ability to operate at the highest professional level.

 

You will have strong skills in budgeting and forecasting, demonstrate an excellent understanding of rights clearance, and have proven experience in negotiations and licensing.

 

A creative thinker with a keen understanding of audiences, you are always looking for ways to guide and deliver projects successfully through the production process. You will have a talent for building strong working relationships quickly with multiple stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and trust across all levels.

 

Above all, you will demonstrate a passion for arts, culture, and creativity, bringing energy, ownership and vision to every project you lead.
