Your New Role…
Join Wall to Wall and Twenty Twenty as an Office Production Team Assistant, supporting senior production personnel and ensuring the smooth running of a busy production office. You’ll provide administrative support across development, production, and post-production, while maintaining our back catalogue and assisting with day-to-day operations.
This is an office-based role, and you will be required to work from our London office four days a week.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Manage diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior production staff
Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, visitors, and calls
Process expenses and credit card reconciliations for multiple individuals
Assist with development shoots, call sheets, and travel bookings
Organise TX cards and maintain contact lists for internal and external communications
Update company profiles on IMDB, Wikipedia, and internal systems
Handle archiving, retrieval, and destruction of files and rushes
Maintain the back catalogue and manage production deliverables
Keep the London office organised and liaise with Facilities and IT teams
Support onboarding of new staff and maintain H&S training records.
Qualification & Experience…
Proven experience in a television production environment
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Zoom/Teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment and work independently
Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
Highly organised, proactive, and solution driven
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Flexible approach to workload and deadlines, including occasional late working
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and social media experience (advantageous)
Familiarity with filming kit (advantageous).
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
