The Ark is an established post-production facility based in London, working with film and TV production companies, post houses, broadcasters and distributors. Our services cover every stage of post — from QC and delivery, DCP, editing, grading, audio and media management to film scanning and restoration.

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Sales Administrator to help nurture our client relationships, manage incoming projects, and play a key role in driving business growth. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and enjoys meeting people across the film and TV industry.

Duties will include:

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of The Ark’s services to confidently advise clients
  • Support the wider team in the day-to-day running of the business
  • Contribute ideas and strategies for business development
  • Host and entertain clients as part of our relationship-building approach
  • Attend off-site networking events, screenings, and industry functions (occasional evenings).

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales or account management role
  • Background or understanding of the TV, film, or media industry
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Self-motivated and organised, able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for independent film preferred.

This is a full-time, office-based position at our Kings Cross facility, Monday to Friday (9am–6pm). You’ll be joining a friendly, growing team in a role that offers real opportunities for professional development and insight into the technical and creative sides of the film and TV post-production industry.

Benefits:

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • NEST pension
  • Travelcard loan scheme
