Social Campaign Manager

As Social Campaign Manager, you’ll lead the planning and delivery of paid social campaigns for priority titles. 

You’ll be the main point of contact for projects, working closely with creative, media and production teams to deliver engaging social content across drama, sport and factual programming.

Audiences sit at the heart of everything we do. Social media plays a vital role in engaging viewers, supporting our programmes, and bringing our brands to life. Our social team is dynamic, collaborative and an important partner across the wider business.

 

What will you be doing?

 

Your work will help ensure that key titles are promoted effectively across all social channels, supporting wider paid marketing activity and helping audiences discover and connect with our content.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and deliver social campaigns from start to finish for key programme launches
  • Develop ideas and look for ways to improve how we work
  • Manage the delivery of social video, image and other creative assets for paid and organic use
  • Write clear content briefs, collaborating with editors and creatives
  • Support and guide content production through our workflow, including quality checks
  • Work with in‑house teams, agencies and freelancers to deliver projects on time
  • Copywriting or content publishing experience is helpful but not essential
  • Bring a strong understanding of social platforms and creative best practice.

Media Planning and Reporting

  • Contribute to shaping media plans based on creative needs and campaign objectives
  • Ideally, you’ll have experience setting up paid campaigns on Meta, but it’s not essential
  • Review campaign performance and share insights to help shape future content and formats.

What are we looking for?

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience working on campaign or content production processes
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to move between tasks and projects in a busy environment
  • Experience briefing creatives and giving constructive feedback
  • Confidence in carrying out quality checks and proofreading
  • Ability to communicate clearly with different teams
  • Comfort making decisions even when things aren’t fully clear
  • Curiosity and a willingness to try new approaches
  • Understanding of file formats and specs used for organic and paid social
  • An interest in social and digital trends, and what makes great social content.
