The Creative Team is responsible for the
development and execution of a range of content for Hearst Networks EMEA. The
team devise and deliver all the on-air and off-air campaigns, short form,
branding and promos for Sky History, The History Channel EMEA,
Crime + Investigation, Freeview channel BLAZE, our streaming services, History Play
and C+I Play and our FAST channels – Mystery TV, Inside Crime, World War TV,
Deal Masters and History Hunters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates creative activity and deliveries for the
team and acts as key point of contact
- Uses broadcast and
production management systems to track workflows, request media assets, monitor
statuses and ensure relevant approvals across projects
- Manages
production requirements, including footage requests and VO bookings
- Coordinates in-house design, audio facilities and versioning requirements
- Coordinates
fortnightly international promo localisation requirements for EMEA channels
- Supports
the PMs and Producers on shoots campaigns and special
projects and runs own projects, where applicable
- Works closely with Creatives to ensure most effective use of time
and resources
- Maintains
production trackers, follows production workflows, processes and
procedures
- Monitors
and maintain budgets, negotiates costs, raises POs, and reconciles spend
- Builds
strong collaborative working relationships across the business and
maintains effective communication.
