Senior Social Commerce Specialist (Paid Social)

We're looking for a Senior Social Commerce Specialist (Paid Social) for QVC UK.

You'll be the operational lead on TikTok Shop, Meta & YouTube shopping activity, as part of the social commerce strategic initiative, driving revenue, engagement and awareness on the live shopping platform.

Where You'll Work

  • This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park, West London. 2 days per week (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).


What You'll Do

  • You will lead the daily operations of TikTok Shop. Being the main contact, you will work with TikTok account managers. You will also ensure QVC UK is well-positioned for all TikTok Shop events and opportunities

  • You'll be responsible for the paid social activity on Meta and YouTube

  • You'll plan and implement all GMV Max and paid social campaigns on TikTok, driving KPIs including revenue, engagement, new customer acquisition, repeat shop rate, ROAS and TikTok Shop Score

  • You will collaborate with affiliate creators, influencers, external relations and digital trading teams to maximise product performance and event success

  • You will oversee the Social Commerce Assistant, nurturing their growth and expertise in a supportive and empowering way

  • You'll stay ahead of emerging live social shopping platforms, learning and implementing new initiatives as QVC UK tests them (e.g. YouTube, eBay)

  • You will work with the Social Commerce Lead and Social Media Manager to implement strategy and deliver results.


What You'll Bring

  • You will have experience with social commerce, live shopping or digital campaign management, with hands-on TikTok Shop experience

  • You will have operational skills with experience delivering results at pace and managing multiple priorities

  • You have excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners

  • You have a growth mindset, resilience and experience with learning new platforms and approaches

  • You have experience in campaign planning, performance analysis and reporting on KPIs
