The
position leads all promotional activity supporting the international launch and
sale of programmes and formats across unscripted, to broadcasters, streamers,
FAST channels, and platforms worldwide.
The role
encompasses hands-on campaign delivery, international market presence, public
relations, digital ecosystem oversight, creative asset development, and ongoing
management of multiple brand and content initiatives across Company and
associated digital properties.
The
Marketing & PR Manager works closely with the CEO, COO, Sales,
Acquisitions, Production partners, and Operations teams to maximise the
commercial impact, visibility, and brand strength of the company’s IP and
activities across global markets.
Key
Responsibilities 1.
Programme & Format Launches - Oversee end-to-end international content
launch campaigns including strategic development, creative direction,
messaging, timelines, and asset delivery
- Direct the creation of press kits,
trailers, sizzles, screeners, key art, metadata, and all B2B marketing
materials
- Ensure timely delivery of assets to
global partners, tailoring materials to platform specifications
- Work with producers, talent, partner
networks, and internal teams to maximise global promotional opportunities.
Produce e-pushes for Sales and support award submissions
- Develop bespoke digital catalogues,
seasonal campaigns (e.g., Summer Playlist), and ad-hoc pitch decks.
2. Public
Relations & Media Relations - Build and maintain strong relationships
with international trade press, entertainment reporters, and industry
influencers
- Draft, distribute, and manage all
corporate and title-specific press releases; post news and pick-up on
company websites and social platforms
- Act as first point of contact for press
enquiries, including managing talent and crew interviews for broadcasters
- Lead proactive and reactive PR
initiatives including announcements, media alerts, editorial placement,
and executive communications
- Collate title assets and cut clips for
trade campaigns including hot picks, listings, and hot properties
- Monitor global media coverage, analyse
performance, and provide reporting to senior leadership.

Marketing Communications, Brand & Digital Strategy - Oversee the entire digital marketing
ecosystem including corporate websites, screening platforms, email
marketing, B2B campaigns, and social media channels
- Lead development of digital
presentations, catalogues, brochures, pitch decks, and virtual screenings
- Manage brand storytelling initiatives
ensuring consistency across print, digital, social, and event-based
communications
- Drive brand development for rebrands,
ensuring adherence to evolving guidelines
- Manage the design, update, and
optimisation of company websites,
including new pages, backend updates, content uploads, and ongoing site
maintenance
- Lead creative oversight on key art,
thumbnails, and digital assets, ensuring high-quality delivery.
4.
International Markets, Events & Festivals - Plan and manage the company’s presence at
major global markets including MIPCOM, DISCOP, ATF
- Fully manage the Showcase and MIPCOM
events, including:
- Location negotiation and logistics
- Invitations, branding, and promotional
materials
- Coordination with screening partners and
AV teams
- Asset creation including showreels and
presentations
- On-site management, staff coordination,
and stand oversight
- Catalogue management (digital and
print), shipping, and schedule management
- Research and secure new event and festival
opportunities globally.
5.
Advertising & Campaign Activation - Research, negotiate, and book advertising
opportunities, including print, digital, market-specific packages, and
bespoke promotional campaigns
- Collate assets and design print ads,
digital banners, GIFs, pop-ups, and other campaign deliverables.
6. Social
Media & Communications - Oversee and publish content across social
channels, highlighting TX announcements, new channels, awards, and
corporate updates
- Support brand engagement through digital
storytelling, social amplification, and cross-platform promotional
activity.
7. Data, Insights
& Performance - Analyse PR coverage, social engagement,
digital performance, and buyer behaviour to enhance future strategy
- Provide executive performance reporting
and post-market producer reports.
8.
Additional Responsibilities
Coordinate internal events and
staff socials when required.
Qualifications
& Experience: - 3 years marketing, or communications
experience within international TV distribution or entertainment
- Strong knowledge of the lifecycle of TV
programmes and formats from commissioning to global roll-out.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital
marketing, B2B communications, and platform-specific asset delivery
- Proven track record working on global PR
and marketing campaigns and working with senior executives, talent, and
international partners
- Established relationships with trade
media and knowledge of global TV markets
- Experience coordinating industry events.
