Role Overview: This role will support the VP of Business Operations to drive operational excellence, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional alignment across our Studio, Brand Partnerships, Direct-to-Consumer Channels, Production, and Support functions. You'll help connect the dots between strategy and execution, ensuring our teams have the systems, processes, and efficiencies they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the VP of Business Operations to identify optimization opportunities and design scalable solutions across the business
- Collaborate with functional leads to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives
- Design and implement operational frameworks, processes, and best practices to improve team effectiveness
- Support annual strategic planning and quarterly business review processes
- Identify technology and tooling needs to support operational excellence and drive adoption
- Support leadership in improving resource management (human, financial, physical) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Partner with Finance and Strategy teams on operating expense optimization and performance tracking
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to break down silos
- Drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups on operational initiatives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on operational improvements
- Model operational excellence and strategic thinking throughout the organization.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise: - 5-7 years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or comparable roles
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Economics, or related field
- Experience in entertainment, media, or creative industries strongly preferred
- Track record of leading cross-functional projects from concept through completion
- Proven ability to partner effectively across all levels of the organization with the ability to influence decision making with senior and executive leadership.
- Experience driving change and operational improvement in evolving or high-growth organizations
- Strategic mindset balanced with strong attention to detail
- Thriving in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong project management and process design capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Skilled at creating clear, effective presentations.
