Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are a multi-platform production company, social media agency, and digital media network who are currently on a quest to find a Front Desk & Office Coordinator to join our Office team. Is this your next opportunity?
As Front Desk & Office Coordinator you will be the welcoming face for visitors and staff alike, whilst helping co-ordinate the day to day running of the Office. As part of a high performing office & facilities team you will support the Group Director of Operations to run the office effectively, sustainably and ensure the H&S of staff at all times. You will play a major role in contributing to company culture and employee experience, as well as being an ambassador for Little Dot values. The below list is not exhaustive, and the Company may reasonably vary the responsibilities of the role from time to time.
This is an exciting entry-level role ideal for an individual wishing to start a career in office management and facilities within the digital content agency and media industry. Please note, the role requires the successful candidate to be office based 5 days per week.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
Office Management:
Managing reception; welcoming guests, staff and answering the phone
Opening the Office and setting up for the day (on rotation)
Resolving weekly Agenda actions (e.g. repair jobs and ordering supplies)
Ensure UK Health and Safety compliance (clear corridors, capacity, fire drills) and update office protocols and procedures
Manage consumables/stationary; this involves ensuring constant stock and handling couriers, taxis, and post
Deliver new starter inductions (office tours) on the given days (including liaising with IT/People for staff on/off-boarding and equipment collection)
Troubleshoot/triage facility issues (electrical/plumbing) and escalate to management
Manage and liaise with contractors for remedial and regular maintenance.
Events & Communication:
In coordination with your team, organise company social events (Summer/Christmas), weekly staff lunches, after-work socials, town halls, and perks
Manage office-to-staff communication (daily/weekly announcements) as well as office events calendar
Support Marketing with external-facing events (setup, visitor management, merchandise).
Support and improve the company's sustainability commitments
As well as the main Office responsibilities the successful candidate must be prepared to undertake First aid training and be a company fire marshal.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
An ability to be self-sufficient and also work as a team player
Respect for confidentiality and have a diplomatic manner
The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent in-depth working knowledge of Google Mail and Google Drive
A highly organised, proactive and resourceful approach with the ability to reprioritise tasks as needed
A respect for and understanding of health and safety policies
A commitment to and understanding of sustainability
Accuracy and an eye for detail.
