Assistant Technician

Working along the technical team, you'll provide technical and physical assistance, preparing areas for the arrival of all events in Middleton Hall and Canham Turner.
Summary Purpose of The Role:

  • Support Events Coordinators and Technician in Duty management tasks and FOH management to ensure smooth arrival and departure of all events along with compliance with all venue health and safety policies and regulations. Ensuring any connections and equipment that is set up is electrically and mechanically safe and health and safety standards
  • Complete space set ups as required, including but not limited to seating, staging and furniture in Middleton Hall and Canham Turner.

Person specification:

  •  Have a good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft products. Including but to limited to Ms Office, Teams and Outlook.
  •  Flexibility in approach to working hours, be expected to work evening and weekends on a regular basis.
  •  Be physically fit to meet the demands and challenges of the role, which includes moving heavy objects, working at heights, transporting equipment.
