Content Production Coordinator (UK)

The Content Production Coordinator supports QVC UK, playing a key role in coordinating end-to-end content production across our studios.

Where You’ll Work

This role is hybrid, requiring to be in the office 3 days a week. The days are predetermined by the company.


What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate content production activity from pre-production through to post-production, supporting studio, location and lifestyle shoots across multiple product categories

  • Create and manage call sheets, shooting schedules, risk assessments and production documentation in line with QVC guidelines

  • Attend shoots as required, proactively managing schedules, resolving issues and ensuring health and safety standards are always met

  • Oversee the vendor imagery process, ensuring assets are processed, uploaded and delivered to agreed deadlines

  • Manage studio workflows, samples and resources, working closely with photographers, stylists, retouchers, buyers and creative partners

  • Day to day, you will balance multiple priorities, track imagery requests, book crews and studio space, liaise with internal teams and external partners, and keep systems such as ScheduALL up to date to ensure seamless delivery.


What You’ll Bring
  • Proven administrative and practical experience within a photography studio, television or related production environment

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting deadlines with minimal supervision

  • Working knowledge of setting up shoots, including scheduling, resourcing and on-set support

  • Solid computer literacy, including Adobe Photoshop and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
