Create London is a full-service agency specialising
in audio-visual creative for the entertainment industry. We
create standout marketing materials for a diverse portfolio of
exceptional clients across film, TV and games.
This role is ideally suited to a senior leader who thrives on
building high-performing teams, developing strong client relationships, and
delivering exceptional creative work at scale. The successful candidate will
play a key role in shaping production strategy, mentoring producers, and
driving the continued growth of both our team and client partnerships.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead production across a wide
range of projects for major studios, streaming platforms, and Independent
Distributors, working closely with Creative Directors, Designers, Retouchers,
and Clients in a fast-paced, creative-led environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the production team,
fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Oversee production across Key Art
origination and associated campaign work
- Partner with Creative Directors and
leadership to shape production strategy and workflows
- Build and grow strong client
relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion
- Manage senior-level client communications
and expectations
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and resource
allocation across projects
- Ensure work is delivered on time, on
brief, and to the highest standard
- Support business development and
contribute to agency growth initiatives.
Skills &
Experience
You must have a proven track record of leading production teams
and delivering high-profile Key Art origination and associated campaign work
within a creative advertising agency or similar environment. Candidates should
demonstrate experience overseeing theatrical and streaming campaigns, managing
complex workflows, and building strong client relationships.

- Has extensive experience leading
production teams within a creative advertising environment
- Demonstrates strong leadership,
mentorship and team development skills
- Builds and nurtures long-term client
relationships and identifies growth opportunities
- Can oversee multiple large-scale
campaigns simultaneously
- Has excellent client-facing and
stakeholder management abilities
- Understands creative workflows across
design, retouching, and finish
- Is highly organised, proactive, and
solutions-focused
- Has strong budgeting, forecasting, and
resource planning experience
- Drives operational efficiency and best
practices across production
- Shows attention to detail and a passion
for high-quality creative output.
