About Us

We work closely with production companies, broadcasters and distributors, producing factual, scripted and short-form content for BBC, Discovery, Netflix, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky, Virgin Media, Nat Geo and Disney, to name a few.

We have two facilities in Fitzrovia, London W1, and a third in the heart of The Lanes in Brighton.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Online Editor & Colourist with a strong technical background, excellent client skills and a creative eye for finishing and grading.

Your duties will include:

  • Online editing and grading long-form and, ideally, short-form projects across factual, scripted, branded and commercial content

  • Preparing and delivering broadcast and streaming deliverables to technical specifications

  • Working closely with our Head of Production, Head of MCR, producers, editors, audio mixers and clients to achieve the highest creative and technical standards

  • Troubleshooting workflow and technical issues across projects

  • Managing and advising on workflows

  • Presenting immaculately-organised projects

  • Attending and leading client sessions, both in person and remotely

  • Training and mentoring more junior members of the team.

There are big opportunities for the right candidate to help shape the role around their strengths and grow within the company.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Significant experience working as an Online Editor and Colourist

  • An excellent working knowledge of Avid Media Composer, Baselight and Blackmagic DaVinci Resolve

  • A strong understanding of colour workflows, camera formats and broadcast and film delivery specifications

  • A strong creative eye and excellent attention to detail

  • Confidence and a super-friendly and personable manner when working with clients

  • A calm and professional approach under pressure and when working to tight deadlines

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • A proactive, positive and collaborative attitude

  • Experience with Adobe Premiere workflows would be advantageous.
